Can I return yarn if the color isn't what I expected?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with the labels intact. Please note that digital patterns are non-refundable.

How do I ensure I get the same dye lot for my project?

When you order multiple skeins of the same color in a single transaction, our warehouse team automatically selects them from the same dye lot to ensure color consistency.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and localized payment options like Klarna in select regions.

Are your products ethically sourced?

We prioritize sustainability and animal welfare. Many of our wool products are mulesing-free, and we carry a wide range of GOTS-certified organic cotton yarns.
